Experienced counsellor in Epping

Hello and welcome to Instant Counselling Ltd

I am a caring and compassionate person centred counsellor, my journey and experiences of life have brought me to where I am today. My background of social care and fostering roles have allowed me to understand and appreciate the value of counselling and its potential to improve lives. I work with adults and young people of all ages. Both in private practice and within a counselling organisation. My counselling experience includes working with the UKs largest bereavement charity, and adult rehabilitation services. I can help you with a wide range of issues and help you to explore whatever is troubling you.

 As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, (BACP) I put ethical practice at the heart of my profession, and adhere to the BACP code of ethics. I have a foundation degree and BACP accredited Diploma in Counselling. 

My service is available in Epping and the surrounding areas.
